By accessing the website at www.agora-ed.app or Agora applications on any electronic device (commonly referred to as Agora herein), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The Privacy Policy displayed on Agora website is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

You agree that you shall be liable for, and exempt Agora, its Affiliates and their officers, managers, agents and employees or any other party engaging in business on behalf of Agora and/or its Affiliates from, any liabilities and losses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and other professional fees) caused by any and all third party claim, action, liability, losses, damages, judgment, costs and fees arising out of or in connection with any of the following (collectively as “Claims”): (i) you fail to comply with or commit a breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or (ii) in your use of the Agora Website, you commit any violation of any laws or regulations or infringe upon a third party’s rights.

Agora may make changes to the materials contained on its platform. However, Agora does not make any commitment to update the materials.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
